After having this little machine for a week now, I can say that in the beginning, I wasn't sure if I'd like it. The first time on it was a little awkward because we have to keep our balance and are not used to it, but after a few minutes, you get into it. I came to love it and am kind of addicted to doing it now, I put on music and go for it, after only four days, I'm up to thirty minutes. I wouldn't recommend more than ten minutes to begin ,because it gets hard on the legs, my calves were very sore the next morning after the first time, I did fifteen minutes, which , I guess, was too much. All in all ,I rate it a four star because the stride could be a little longer. But, it's a great machine, sturdy and very quiet, you could watch your favorite TV program while on it ,if you so choose. Again a great product from Amazon.com

unit did a good job of getting my heart rate up the first time I used it for about 25 minutes. The second time I got 5 minutes in and it started to wobble and developed a clunking sound. And there was an odd smell, perhaps from over-heated rubber. I haven't had a chance to contact Stamina to see if they will fix/replace/refund.
Range of motion is very short, but is fairly smooth. Mine would be ok for a quick cardio work-out but the wobble, noise, and smell are too much.
Elliptical Trainer December 6, 2008
I bought this machine to use at work. I am stuck at a desk for 8 to 12 hrs a day and found that this machine was able to get me up and moving while still being able to do my job. I bought a stair stepper too, but I found the elliptical trainer was less impact on my knees. It is quiet and easy to move around. I like having the counter on the front so I can see just how many rotations (steps) I do a day. I am very satisfied with this machine.

I just got this today, I had it set up in less than 20 minutes, did not need a man to even help me. I have it in my office at work. Everyone in my office tried it out too and they love it. It is so easy to use, portable and just what I needed. It is worth every penny. I do not have time to go to the gym or the money. I can work out on this in my office or take it home and move it around the house. It weighs 24 pounds, less than my toddler. I will love using this in front of my tv or where ever. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

This is a great product to use while sitting at a desk or table, as it is fairly heavy and not very easy to transport, but it is quiet and easy to use. The calorie count is not accurate, but overall it is a great product.
