 Hugger Mugger Foam Roller works well April 22, 2008
For those who need help stretching difficult-to-stretch places, this foam roller really does the trick. The Hugger Mugger has the advantage of a removable fabric cover that can be thrown in the wash. This product was also cheaper from Amazon than purchasing it through my physiotherapist's office.

This thing is pretty great! Now you don't have to wait for your boyfriend or girlfriend to give you a massage. It rolls out your leg (& back muscles)quite effectively - like a deep tissue massage. It feels amazing and you can definitely tell where all the tension is in your legs. The only thing is that if you're constantly traveling with it, it's a little bulky - but worth it when you use it. You can also use it to do more challenging push-ups off it, and other exercizes.

A friend who is a physical therapist told her what to look for. She decided that this one seemed like it would do the job, and the price was reasonable. She is very pleased with it. It has good density and seems to be good quality. I even comes with a nice cover. We would recommend this product.

The roller works great for me, as a runner I enjoy the leg rub down I get when I use it, the removable cover makes it easy to keep clean and the foam has just the right amount of give to make the legs and quads feel great.
