I am very pleased with this product. It works well to relieve my aching back muscles. I would rate it a 4.5 because a 5 is perfect and I don't believe anything is perfect.

omg, if you have a good pain threshold and like massage and stretching, you will love these foam rollers. i am obsessed! after i use it, my back feels amazing.

It's awesome I love it.It holds it's shape well and it's very firm(which I like but others may not!). I can roll all of the tension out of my back and muscles in about 5 minutes!

After getting used to the firmness of this item, I have grown to love it. I use it after work and just let it make my back relax.

I recently had the dreadful ITB injury of most runners. I was recommended to use a foam roller by my physical therapist but I only used the roller at my gym and wanted one for home. This is COMPLETELY better than the white rollers at my gym. The white traditional rollers compress over time and feel squishy. This PB roller is firm, light, and well-constructed. It's also much cheaper than other rollers of the same size and caliber. I also recommend the black color, b/c the roller will be on the floor so much, and the blue, red, and white rollers start looking pretty dirty over time.
