I love this treadmill! It's a bit heavy to move around easily - but the extra weight is worth it as my husband (who is over 250lbs) can also run on it. There was a part missing (a piece of casing) but their customer service was extremely helpful, altho it did take about 3 weeks to arrive... but I understand, it was at Christmas!

This bowflex series 7 treadmill is a great machine. I was very picky when chosing which treadmill I wanted. I have used many machines and I knew that cheap one tend to slip when running hard. I am a little over 200 pound and this machine can handle me without slipping. I would recommend this to anyone. It folds up nicely. Machine is extremely heavy though, you will need some strong people to get it in your home.

Good, solid ride. Quiet and smooth. I agree with another reviewer that the fan is ineffective. For the money, I would have liked some speakers to plug my iPod into. Easy to fold and roll. Convenient controls.
Delivery problems!! March 28, 2008
The product is great and I have no complaints about the item itself. The delivery was less than stellar. The delivery company called to schedule delivery, but did not leave a call back number. When I finally looked up the number, they were unable to accommodate morning or afternoon delivery, but had to deliver mid-day. I had to take off work to be there - ok, not too bad. They arrived on time, but the delivery truck did not have a lift or a ramp, and I was told that I had to lift the treadmill off the truck myself! It weighs 300 pounds, more than twice my weight! They did not tell me this on the phone, so I could have asked someone to help me. Thankfully a kind neighbor helped me out. What a ridiculous concept - delivery that does not include the last bit from the truck to your house !
Very good Machine, Easy to Assemble March 27, 2008
The treadmill was easy to assemble and only required a phillips head screw driver (there is one included but a normal one is better).
The machine has worked well, and is easy to move in front of the TV for the early morning routine.
An important feature is that it has everything that the treadmills in normal gyms have. With a slightly higher top speed and a fan included.
After a few months I can say I am very happy with this treadmill. My wife is the serious runner and uses the high speed and inclination as part of her training routine. I prefer tennis and use the machine 2 or 3 times a week to improve my fitness and running uphill. It has made a noticiable difference in my leg power and fitness. Even my 12 year old daughter has started using the treadmill regularly.
Definately a very good investment.
