Go Fit Ultimate Burst Ball by Toyzz February 19, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I found the Go Fit Ball to be extremely durable and an excellent tool to get flexibility and add a new aspect to my fitness regimentation.

I love the ball, I love working out on it. The only problem I'm having is it's losing air quickly and I can't seem to figure out how to unplug it to refill it! The plug is really in the hole and won't come lose!
Good product December 31, 2007 I bought a 65 cm GoFit exercise ball. Determining the size was easy and seems to work out well. In other words, the ball I bought seems to fit me very well. It comes with a pump that works just fine, too. It seems to be very well made but I have had it less than two months. The problem was in determining how much air to put into it. How do I know that it is full to 65 cm? No method for determining the diameter was included. I had to find the formula to convert diameter to circumference and apply a tape measure to the ball to determine that I had inflated it enough to measure 65 cm in diameter. I have had no trouble with the plug, either putting it in or getting it out again when necessary.
Great birth ball! November 29, 2007 I am planning a natural child birth at home and was told by my doula and my midwives to purchase a birth ball. This one is GREAT! It's very sturdy so you don't have to worry about popping it or falling off in your huge pregnant state. Plus I'm sure this will come in handy when I'm trying to get my figure back after the baby comes.
Good ball, bad DVD August 7, 2007 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
Happy with the ball, but the woman in the DVD has probably never made a workout demo before. She couldn't even do some of the exercises. If you can get a ball separately, do it. Then get a better demo DVD, say Adam Ford's Swiss Ball Basics.
