It's small and doesn't cost much but it does the job. My wife had a serious ankle sprain and the doctor recommended it for therapy.

Product is very well designed, quiet to use, and takes up a minimal amount of space. Shipping time was excellent.
You should be aware that if you are working out on a wood floor, the product will slip forward on the floor. The problem is aggravated if you are sitting on a chair with wheels. Solution: Put the cycle in front of a wall or other heavy object.

I bought this for an older woman, she was quite pleased with it. However, you should mention it needs to be put together!

I was very disappointed in this product and ended up returning it. One of my magazines rated it highly, but I thought it was flimsy. I tried it and it went right back in the box.
