 Exercising made fun January 2, 2008
I have had my Schwinn Recumbent Exercise Bike (203) for almost 2 years. I love it. Need I say LOVE it again. I Lost alot of weight starting 5 years ago. But I did it sensibly with life change. I eat differently, exercise and am active. Which I cannot say that about my life before 5 years ago.
This bike makes it fun to exercise. It is easy to use. I read through the instructions so I could use the different programs. It has some great ones with different levels so if you are just starting out it makes it easier for you. And as you build your stamina then you can raise your level or program.
I pop in a DVD and I get started, before I know it my time is up.
Way exceeds expectations! December 29, 2007
This bike is very comparable to the ones you find in most hotel exercise rooms. It exceeded my expectations for the price. The seat is a little too hard for my liking. I ride a wheeled recumbent when the weather is nice and the work out is about the same, except I don't have to fight the ever present West Texas winds and have to watch for traffic or worry about the bike breaking down miles from home. I would highly recommend this bike.

Go ahead, buy this bike. Nice bike and a good price. Easy to assemble if you can follow instructions. Took about 30 minutes. Comfortable to ride and good options for workout programs. Nice, quiet bike that gives a good workout. Money well spent.

The bike had very easy to follow directions and took a little over an hour to assemble. I've used it an average of 5 hours a week since it arrived, and it seems very durable. The computer has several programs to choose from with various level in each to keep it challenging. Best of all - I am really starting to see changes in my body!!
