 One of the best decisions I ever made January 26, 2008
I am soo glad I got this slimmer belt. It's already working. I wear it every day during my work out and when I'm in the sauna. I also do abdominal crunches. But I am telling you...my waist is really staring to look nice. I intend to cont. wearing it until I see no more fat. Though it does look like I will have to replace it before then because I can already see some cracks in the rubber part. Still...a great investment!

not so good .it say fit all size. not true, well it din't fit me!!! it's too big i have't be able to use it.very disapointed not wat i spected. the only way you can bay this it is if you are abaut 200bl. im 145bl and is very big;-[

This item did make me sweat and I noticed I had better posture, but no matter how much I washed it, it retained an unpleasant odor. Also, by the 3rd day, I broke out in an itchy rash. I tried wearing it over an old t-shirt, to avoid direct contact with the skin, but it didn't matter. I stopped using it, so I don't know if it does what it claims.

I am husky and this belt fits me on its smallest increment. I am also not sure what this pliable waist garment is going to do for me. It is an extremely sweaty experience so if you believe that losing water weight is a good thing, go for it.

I use this belt anytime I suffer from bloating (monthly problem for me). It works great. It isn't a magic weight loss bullet but I does slim your stomach down if you have extra water hanging out there.
I recommend it highly for anyone with even occasional bloating.
