Not sure exactly what you're looking for? No problem. There are a few different ways you can browse through the Exercise & Fitness Store. Within the general store, you can refine your browse options by choosing product type, brand name, merchant, or specialty area, such as Golf or Footwear. Know which merchants you like? You can choose a merchant and go straight to that merchant's storefront, if one is available. When browsing within a merchant's storefront, you will see only products offered by that particular merchant. In much the same way, you can choose to browse exclusively by available name brands as well.

Search boxes can be found at the top of most pages in our Sports & Outdoors Store. Enter one or more keywords, using any combination of the product's name or brand. If you use more than one keyword, we'll show only the products that match all the keywords you enter.

Here are some examples of how Search works:

• Entering "squashgear" finds all Squashgear.com products.
• Entering "squashgear racquets" finds all Squashgear.com squash racquets.
• Entering "gloves" finds all gloves for a variety of sports.
• Entering "boxing gloves" finds all gloves for boxing.

You can also search for products with their store-specific catalog numbers using the Search box.

Items in our Sports & Outdoors store may be offered for sale by either Amazon.com or Amazon Merchants.

If the item being is offered by an Amazon Merchant, the Merchant's name will be reflected in the Availability messaging on the detail page. For example, if the item is offered by Nordstrom, the detail page will read, "Availability: Usually ships in 1-2 days from Nordstrom."

If this messaging is not mentioned in the availability listing of an apparel item, the item is offered by Amazon.com. Only items sold by Amazon.com are eligible for free Super Saver Shipping

On each item's product detail page, you'll see a Select Buying Options box. Here you'll be able to choose such things as size and color, and view a merchant's pricing chart.

If you click to view an item's product availability chart, you will get specific details about whether a particular size or color is currently on hand. Though most items usually ship within 1 or 2 days, we encourage you to consult these availability and shipping estimates before placing your order.

Amazon Merchant Orders

Orders placed with an Amazon Merchant in our Sports & Outdoors Store use our Amazon Payments service. Amazon Payments transfers the amount you indicate but never passes along your credit card information. Such credit card information is kept strictly confidential, just between you, Amazon.com, and the bank we use to process payments. In some cases, we will provide a merchant with up to the last five digits of your credit card number for identification purposes.

Because Amazon Merchants fulfill orders directly, we also provide your name, order details, billing address, shipping information, and e-mail address to the seller.

Transmissions made through Amazon Payments are carried on our secure server. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information--including credit card number, name, and address--so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. All of our credit card information is stored on a secure, dedicated database.

Amazon.com Orders

Transactions you make on our secure server at Amazon.com are safe. All credit card numbers provided to Amazon.com are stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. After you type or call it in, your complete credit card number is transferred to this secure machine across a proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem, and the number is not stored anywhere else.

When you're ready to order from our Sports & Outdoors Store, click the Add to Shopping Cart button on the right side of the product detail page. Use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep browsing until your cart contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site.

When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping Cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. Provide all of the necessary payment and shipping information, and submit your order by clicking the "Place your order" button.

At this time, there are a few restrictions on purchases in our Sports & Outdoors Store:

• Not all Sports & Outdoors purchases can be made using 1-Click. 1-Click is not available for Amazon Merchant orders.
• Sports & Outdoors orders cannot be shipped to addresses outside the United States.

Amazon.com accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, Amazon.com gift certificates, and checks, money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. We also gladly accept debit and ATM cards connected with one of the above credit card companies.

Amazon Merchant orders can be paid for using all of the methods listed above, except for checks, money orders, and cashier's checks. At this time, Nordstrom, Eddie Bauer, and Spiegel accept credit card payment directly. When using this method, you may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

For Amazon Merchant orders, any applicable sales tax on an order will be assessed and collected directly by your merchant. Taxes listed on our order form are an estimate only.

Amazon Merchant Orders

Amazon Merchant orders from the Sports & Outdoors Store are fulfilled directly by our Amazon Merchants. Merchants' shipping rates, options, and restrictions differ, so please be sure to review their terms before submitting your order. This information is available on the order form, and is also available via links on any product detail page.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from Amazon.com. When pay using Amazon Payments, you will also receive an e-mail receipt of your credit card charge. Your merchant will send independent order and shipment confirmation e-mails.

You can track the status of your order at any time by clicking the Your Account link at the top of any page of Amazon.com.

As with cancellations, you will need to contact merchants to facilitate a return, exchange, or refund.

If you have a question about an item offered by one of our Amazon Merchants, or about an order you've placed, the merchant will be able to provide you with the answers. Before ordering, you will find a link to contact a merchant provided on each product detail page--just scroll down the page, below the product details.

After your order has been placed, any questions about its status should be directed to your merchant.

After ordering, you will find a link to contact your merchant via the order summary in Your Account. Click the Your Account link in the top right corner of this or any other page on our site. After you sign in, you'll find a listing of your recent orders. Once there, simply locate your order. On the Order Summary page, you'll see a link that says, "For information about shipments in this order, please contact (merchant)."
