I have enjoyed my Gazelle Edge and have been told by an RN that this
is an excellent way to lose weight by getting excerise without impact
to someone who has trouble with your legs, feet or knees.

It was easy to put together--my husband and his brother did it in about 30 minutes. My bedroom is small but it fits in there and I love it!! Easy workout but you definitely feel it. Great machine and great price.

This is a smooth, non jarring way to exercise and stretch your muscles. I have had 3 knee surgeries and this helps me stay limber. I use it just before going to bed, and it helps my restless legs stay still.

I bought one of these several years ago but an injury caused me to pause its use. I gave it to me daughter in law and realized a week later I couldn't live with out it!! I put on a rocking,blasting CD and work to the beat! It's portable and able to be folded for eay storage!

1) easy to assemble
2) fits in a mini cooper (had to pick this up from the UPS store)
3) gives you a great cardio workout without tearing up your knees, and for all the females out there....your chest won't be sore later either.
Glad I got it, wish I had done so sooner. :)
