Bought 3 more for friends and family! January 15, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This trampoline is FANTASTIC! It's not as jumpy as the larger models, b/c the net is doesn't have metal springs... but that's actually GOOD b/c you don't step on the metal by accident then. You can actually jump in a wider position. You actually don't need the extra jump to get a good workout either. I haven't tried the other options (switching the legs to lunges), but I'm sure the others don't do that. My mother bought a larger brand for more than 3 times the price with shipping... and this one comes with straps for arms and legs! The other models do have a larger handle for people who might want that, but I love that this one has a simple cushioned pole that can be easily removed while in a second. I haven't done the video, but even my husband secretly uses it to do pushups and arm/leg work. Parts are sturdy and easy to assemble. A must buy!!
all I can say is WOW December 10, 2005 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
I just received my Yog Flex and liked it so much that I was tempted to get another as a spare and to enable some of the double Yog Flex movements. It's a larger mat than my expensive softbounce rebounder and being firmer makes balancing easier yet fully absorbs the impact. It's quieter and lower giving me more overhead space in my basement workout area. The most versatile piece of equipment I ever bought and it will be replacing many space hogs that cost much more. The only part of assembly that was a challenge for me was adding the stability bar reservoir. Only other complaints for me were when tilted the foot can hit the floor near the bottom, I have to wear shoes when tilted and it also had an odor which hopefully will disappear with time.
I Love it, so far December 1, 2005 9 out of 12 found this review helpful
When opening the box and trying to put it together was a little fun with my boyfriend, of course he didn't want to read the directions, but it was still very easy to put together. Here I was trying to find a workout that wouldn't be boring, come to find out that the instrustion video is a VHS and not a DVD. So I'm now trying to find a workout DVD so that I can start working out, since I get rid of my VCR. I"ve had fun jumping on it any way. :)
