 Never Receive the Equipment August 9, 2006
I was looking forward to using this machine. Placed an order on August 2, 2006 for next day delivery. It never arrived. Called Amazon on August 3, 2006 and was promised for delivery on the next day. It never arrived. Called DHL on August 4th and was told by them that Amazon never sent the package out. Called Amazon and was told that it was sent out and to expect the package the latest on Monday, August 7th. Was told if it wasn't there on Monday to call back and they would re-ship. Package never came on Monday. Called back Tuesday, August 8th and cancelled the order. The only good point about this is that the customer service people were friendly although not helpful since i never got my order. Will try to place the order with another company.
The 1 star is for Amazon Service. I cannot rate teh machine.
 This exerciser helped my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue! July 27, 2006
I've been disabled to the point of being almost completely housebound for over four years now. The main culprit turned out to be fibromyalgia, which causes fatigue as well as literally indescribable nerve and muscle pain throughout my body, and for me is so intense that even being gently hugged sends shocks of nerve/muscle pain through me. Although I do take one medication to help reduce the nerve pain, the majority of my treatment for this rheumatoid syndrome is up to me; part of which is regular exercise, which is quite difficult to do when one can't even change clothes without needing to lie down and recover from the pain!
I found this exerciser on a store shelf quite by accident while running a pharmacy errand, and knew this was the answer to my exercise dilemma. I was so right! It comfortably supports my neck and back, yet still allows for muscle development in those same areas, while I work out several times a day with short reps. My endurance built up within a couple weeks to do more vigorous and longer work outs, now usually twice a day. Now I am able to focus not only on pain relief/management, but also to firm and tone all muscles in my body; which they desperately need after years of inability to move much at all. Being 35 yrs. old with a body of someone about 75 isn't fun in the least, nor does it feel very attractive!
Don't let the title or description fool you, this product is even more versatile than indicated; and you can easily find SAFE ways to use it for working on nearly every muscle in your body, not just the ab and thigh areas. I simply make sure that my back and neck are supported and protected before I make any moves, and if I'm trying something new then I do it slowly and carefully to ensure that it's safe as well as beneficial. Just yesterday, I laid on my stomach with my chest resting on the seat (i.e., backwards) and used the support and motion to allow me to do pushups.... the first pushups I've ever done in my life! Again, you can work every muscle group with this, and with no impact nor strain. I never strain, only use the motion and my own weight/balance to go as far as my body will allow without "paying for it" later on.
The pain I've had all of my life, which has deteriorated over the years and rendered me physically disabled the last four years, is finally getting under MY CONTROL.... thanks to this product! If I hadn't stumbled across it while running an errand, I'd still be lying in bed propped up "just so" unable to do anything even slightly productive, crying daily and wishing that lightning would just strike and end the pain forever. Now I can play with my 130 lb. "lap dog" who is not only huge but even stronger than he looks, which he is thrilled over as I've never been able to play with him before and he's quite spirited indeed. I can perform again (I'm a vocalist) and make it through the entire five plus hours without having to quit and lie down while the guys in my band cover for me! When asked how my day was or how I'm doing in general, I can answer with a smile and not mention my pain; or if I do mention the pain it is on a positive note: "Oh, I'm still hurting, but I've just begun my treatment so I've a long way to go; and the pain is so much lower now that I can tolerate and most often even ignore it. How did I do it? My exercise program, let me tell you about...." (You get the drift, I'm sure; I've become a Walking Advertisment for this product, and I've tried countless others only to sit and collect dust till I'd give them away to someone who would actually use them!)
I haven't even begun the other therapies emphatically suggested by my doctor yet: accupuncture, massage therapy, yoga and pilates. So far all I've had the opportunity to do is work on stress management, diet change, and most of all exercise which I do ONLY with this machine. I've promised myself that I WILL be able to go hiking and rock climbing again at my favorite falls, which happens to be located in the town to which I'm moving in a few weeks. It'll take me a few more months at least, I'm sure. But I will do it, and this machine is what is preparing me for this goal and so much more.
I know what my life would still be like if not for this exerciser, and I refuse to ever go back there again. This machine has saved me emotionally, physically, and has extended my life span AND quality of life!
I recommend this to everyone I know; man or woman, be it for light exercise or some harder training.
THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST $100 INVESTMENT I'VE EVER MADE! I'd have paid at least 5x that if not more, just knowing the relief and ABILITY it's brought to my life and continues to do so daily! Not to mention the relief the results has brought to my teenage son and fiance, both of whom have worried over me and literally been my caregivers for too long. It's indescribably wonderful to be able to do things myself again, I've even been excited over being able to do housework which I'd never imagined! (LOL)
I'd give this more stars if possible. OH, and my teenage son assembled it; took him all of ten minutes if that. :)

Good trainer for the price. Super fast delivery. No missing pieces. This trainer is preassembled, so all screws are on main parts, and not in a separate bag. Only a couple of large screws are in a bag. Assembling is very easy and took only 10 minutes. All in all it is a nice piece.

I was excited when I ordered this product. I got super savings shipping and it arrived quickly. However, when I unpacked the product, it was missing pieces and missing most of the hardware, so I could not even begin to put it together. I promptly packed it up and sent it back. Thank you very much!
