these things are way too big for ankle weights.I could wrap my leg in them.

I bought this product hoping it would be a good for my elderly mother as her arthritis hurts her hands when she uses hand weights for her balance exercises. Unfortunately, these cuffs were so bulky and could not be tightened enough at the wrist that she actually lost her balance using them. I gave them away to her aide who says they work better as ankle weights.
