Didn't Work for Me; But could for You. July 3, 2008

The first day I tested it I left it on for at least 3 hours. I did sweat a little bit; but I got nasty heat burns on my waist. I didn't sweat as much, which make me wonder: What kind of SAUNA you use dont make you sweat hard?
It used properly, and after a LONG time of use might have a possibility of showing improvement on your body.
But for the same time you waste with this on, you can easily invest on going to the GYM and seing improvements firsthand.
*Having to plug it in the wall and restrict yourself to only being able to move on a handfull of places is a NO GO! (Unless your on a sofa watching TV and wont move for the next few hours.)
