Watch Band Problems December 30, 2008

I bought the F4 model last year. After 6 months the band broke so I emailed Polar about it, along with the serial number of the watch. They sent the replacement parts for the wrong watch, so I emailed them again...and again...and again. They never got back to me, so I've given up.
The sad part is that the monitor worked well and would even synch with all of the equipment at the health clubs I visited, without having to hold the machine grips. I really liked that! But without a watch it's no good.
