Perfect for use indoors November 16, 2008
I have wood floors and live in a small apartment.The coating on the rope is perfect and reduces a lot of the noise! I use it when I come home from work (late evening.
Best jump rope on Amazon October 4, 2008
I just bought this jump rope and I have falling in love with it. This is one of the Jumprope that work for 2 type of training: cardio and upper body strength. I highly recommend people buy this product because Jumproping is one of the easiest exercise to remove every body fat in your body, improve your endurance, and with the removable weights build in this jump rope, you can work on your arm at the same time! My last comment is if you are a boxer or someone that seek fun while exercising, I highly recommend this product.

This works, but it's too long for me. I was able to adjust the length, but that means that the weights won't fit in the handles anymore. If not for that, I would give it five stars.

I love this! I can go outside and jumprope with my kids and be getting a workout at the same time...I know you can use any jumprope to do this, but with the adjustable weighted handles on this rope I can add weight to my workout or take it out just to feel like a kid again!
