Product Description Isokinetics Ball Chairs are the same chairs sold by others, only at a manufacturer direct price. No middleman means no need to pay more! And, we provide all of our chairs with a 1 year guarantee. As an additional bonus, we provide an exclusive exercise ball measuring tape that takes the guesswork out of inflating your ball. Sitting on an exercise ball while at home or work promotes flexibility, coordination, motor skills, core strengthening, and balance. Your body, when positioned on top of an exercise ball, is constantly making small adjustments, often imperceptible, to remain balanced and thus is constantly exercising a large group of muscles in doing so. By strengthening your body's core muscle group you help improve your posture, have better balance and guard against back injuries. It may take time before your body becomes accustom to sitting on an exercise ball, since your core muscles may not have gotten much exercise previously. Start by using it 10 to 15 minutes a day and gradually work your way up. If you have had back problems or injuries, make sure to consult your physician or therapist first. Note: We provide a small pump for free for you to have a way to inflate your ball. However, exercise balls require a lot of air and it will take a lot of pumping with the free pump. So, you may want to consider purchasing at this time a high volume air pump, especially if you use exercise balls a lot or have other things you often inflate, like pool toys or air mattresses.

Love this ball chair! October 20, 2008 After sitting for several months on a regular ball...this ball chair is great to sit on! I had no problems putting it together or inflating the ball to the correct size. The directions were easy to read and follow (the measuring tape for the ball is to be measured to the halfway point of the ball...not all the way around it). Once the chair was ready to use; it has been great to sit on. The wheels make it very easy to glide all around my cubical. Several of my co-workers have ordered one too. I would highly recommend this product!
Not for me October 2, 2008 I currently sit on a wobble disk on a conventional kitchen chair. I thought this would provide about the same type of wobble, but with wheels. The wheels do not roll well and it's a different wobble. I prefer the plain old chair with the wobble disk cushion. Also, the back rest pad was not comfortable for use at all. Just not for me!
Ball Chair September 17, 2008 I like this chair, it has really help my back and everyone at work loves it. The only problem I have had is that the ball goes down into the base of the chair and drags on the floor. I have put more air in the ball but I have to pull it out from time to time, it gets stuck.
works as a frame, ball is too small for the tall September 9, 2008 This chair is great therapy for people who sit at their desk all day. Just sitting on it relaxes and properly aligns your spine and shoulders. It does take getting used to. It operates best on a hard (not carpeted) surface. If you have a carpeted floor, you're better off without the frame. Just use a ball that is sized appropriate to your height for the same benefit. The frame is sturdy and easy to assemble. One of the legs was defective but a phone call (NOT e-mail) resulted in a quick replacement. The ball (52 cm), even when fully inflated, was not big enough for a 6 ft tall man to sit comfortably. Luckily we had a 55 cm ball that fits the frame and suits him perfectly. The hand pump that came with this chair is adequate for inflating these kinds of balls, and MUCH better than the dinky foot pump that often comes with a fitness ball. If you're stiff from working at your desk all day, sitting in this chair will ease that stiffness and help you maintain a comfortable posture.
Ball Chair August 30, 2008 I bought this chair when I moved because it was recommended for my lower back. It's comfortable and has helped with my posture and relieved a significant amount of pain in my lower back. I especially like the adjustable legs and back support.
