Product Description The GoFit Ultimate Burst Resistant Core Stability Ball is a fun, yet challenging way to stretch, tone and tighten your body. What makes the GoFit Ball so challenging? Unlike training on a stable, flat surface, the ball is a round, unstable surface, so you not only train the primary muscle groups, but also the smaller stabilizing muscles as well. The stabilizing muscles are small, yet very important muscle groups primarily used for balance, alignment and posture. The 75cm ball is recommended for most people height 6' or over. Suggested weight limit of 600lb. The burst resistant ball is recommended for persons who wish to combine light weight training with their stability ball workout. Comes with ball pump, 2 ball plugs and an easy to follow exercise wall poster. Also includes a 25-minute Linda Leene stability ball workout DVD.

Great personal fitness investment May 17, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you know how to use this (or take the time to use the DVD and see just how effective this is for toning your body)... this is a GREAT product! Durable, inflates/deflates easily (the kit that comes with it looks a little flimsy, but it's all you need and it works just fine... AND if it does break, it's a basic kit that you could pick up at Walmart, ToysRUS, etc.). Great product... I use it daily... I just got done training with a professional trainer and do my own routines daily... the exercises are maintaining AND improving the results I already achieved through my trainer... learn how to use this, buy it... and use it.
Love It May 9, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I use this as my office chair and I love it. It keeps me balanced and moving, ever so slightly, instead of plopped down in the hard chair all day.
Bouncy fun at the office April 10, 2007 I bought two different balls for my home and work offices. This one is far better - sturdier, a less ridiculous pump, thicker rubber, less sticky, and generally just better quality. I am quite pleased with it. However, i've discovered it is possible to still slouch at my desk, even when sitting on a big green ball (gah, operator error!) I am a more active 'sitter' when on the ball, too. It's all good!
Great product March 12, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am tall and I had trouble finding the right exercise ball. This ball is the perfect size and it is very sturdy. Many balls that I have tried seem to leak air but this one is still going strong after several weeks of use.
sturdy but doesn't seem to hold air February 27, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have the 65 cm version of this ball which I use to work out with and it stays inflated. I bought the 75 cm to use as a chair. It seems to slowly deflate after a few hours of sitting. The plug is very hard to remove. But once it's inflated, it's perfect for a chair. It is comparable in quality to the Duraball, which was recommended by my personal trainer, but much cheaper.
