Nice....but very long! December 12, 2007

This is a very nice foam roller. Keep in mind that it is very long....so if you are a short woman, you might want to get something smaller. I'm 6'1'' and it works for me, but my wife at 5'4'' would probably be better off with a 24 incher. Still, it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Very nice.

Great Roller December 8, 2007
This is a good quality roller. I like the fact that comes with a DVD that shows you how you can use the roller... I bought it mostly to massage my IT band as I have knee problems.... I think it started to help already after using for 1 week. Highly Recommended!!!
