As long as you don't expect anything fancy, which it's obviously NOT, then this product works. The thing I *don't* like about it is that my fingers constantly slip up the top making too much pressure on my fore fingers. I suggest going with aomething that has a slip-grip.

This is a great product at a great price. These have the heavy spring that gives a great workout. Squeezing these 25 times is like squeezing others 100 or more times. Definitely the best I could find, after searching local for about three days. Even with shipping these proved to cost about 20% less than the ones that I could find locally, which had the weaker spring. Better product, less cost, what else is there?

They have become hard to find in the retail world. This was the X-heavy spring I was looking for.
