Amazon.com Product Description All flat benches may look similar, but looks can be deceiving. In the case of the Powertec Flat Bench Plus, they're downright dishonest. Engineered with a sleek silhouette and heavy-duty construction, the bench's most distinguishing feature is its low-to-the-ground profile, which guarantees easy access to dumbbell training. As a result, it's a breeze to pick up or lower heavy weights from the ground, making your workouts far safer and more effective. Even better, the bench offers incline and decline positions, so you can tone your upper and lower pecs as well. And thanks to the rear wheels, you can quickly move the bench from one location to another. The Flat Bench Plus, which measures 24 by 15 by 48 inches (W x H x D), offers a weight capacity of 600 pounds and carries the following warranties: lifetime on the frame, two years on component parts (such as bearings and spring pins), and one year on pads, grips, and unspecified parts.

Good quality solid bench June 13, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a good quality bench. The parts are heavy duty and the mechanism for raising and lowering the bench is solid. Overall, it is very attractive and and pad seems to be well built. Construction was easy with just a couple of wrenches. I was missing a couple of small parts but the manufacturer sent me some new ones without any problems in a couple of days. My only complaint is that the cylindrical leg pads are mounted so close to the bench that it can be awkward to get your feet/legs behind them to do incline crunches. Otherwise I'm very happy with it and consider it good value for money, especially with the free shipping.
