The Powerline Flat Incline Decline Bench provides support for decline, incline, and flat bench exercises ranging from sit-ups to shoulder presses. With three-position seat pad adjustment and a leg hold-down, the bench allows you to perform bent knee sit ups and abdominal crunches. Meanwhile, the quick and secure four-position ladder style back pad adjustment provides the proper form and positioning for multiple exercises.
