Looks sturdy, doesn't slide easily from hands or knees, and compared to other Med Balls I've seen, was a good price for quality.

What can I say; this product is exactly what they say it is. Leather medicine ball that weights 6-7 lbs, and is very durable, it is just what I was looking for. It only took about a week for this product to arrive at my door step, and the company is very APO-AE friendly. 5 Stars

Medicine Ball: exercise from the past is new again March 10, 2006

The ball I ordered weighs between 15-16LBs. The construction is sturdy and well-built. I don't use it every workout but every few days. The workout I use it in is called Cross fit, short, very intense workouts designed for gymnastists. Who doesn't want to look like a gymnastist?
