I must have for any bodybuilder June 10, 2008
I have tried one of these trap bars out, and if you are a bodybuilder you must be doing shrugs. When you pick this up you will feel just heavenly! It is so much easier on your back, and you can lift more weight. It surely develops the trap muscles. It can also be used for deadlifts and upright rows among other exercises. Check out Kelso's Shrug Book. That book along with this bar will make you look better and feel better more than you can imagine.
