Wonderful fitness tool! July 20, 2008
The Body Bar makes it easy and pleasurable to exercise. The cushioning on the bar makes it easy to grip and hold, and it feels good in your hands. It's much easier to use than holding two separate weights. I've had a hard time being regular with upper body exercise, but now I use the Body Bar everyday. I actually look forward to it!
