Product Description The Wobble Board is a great tool for enhancing balance, coordination, and range of motion: key benefits for athletes at every level. The 16-inch disc of hard, durable plastic rests on a spherical base, allowing 360 degrees of movement over 10-20 degrees of tilt. Great for home use, or for the office.: use as a footrest. Build pelvic stability, strengthen knees and increase ankle range of motion.

good for ankle sprain August 7, 2008 I bought this for my son to do ankle exercises after an ankle sprain. Worked well. The only thing he didn't like was the bumps on his bare feet.
wobble board is great! January 1, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Rec'd this in a short time. Working great. The nubs on the foot board can bug your feet after a time. Certainly serves the purpose for a good price.
Wobble board review November 18, 2007 It is a nice size and massages the feet while using it. It's not too small in circumference.
Not a great workout item. November 10, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
The product isn't a good workout method at all, the one with the ball underneath is better. This is just a knock off brand, I'm returning as i text.
It has a flat bottom! July 9, 2007 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
This product looked promising until I tried it out. I got on and expected the kind of wobbling I get at the physical therapist office. What I got was 3 inches taller. The bottom of this wobble board has a flat about the size of a quarter! I do not have above average balance (otherwise why would I be going to physical therapy). All this requires is that you can stand relatively still, and you won't budge until the little bumps on the board hurt your feet. And yes, I like to use my wobble board barefoot. I am in my house, after all, and I feel shoes assist me by giving me more contact area with the board, lessening the value of the workout.
