| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Topped by a pattern of bumps to insure feet have a firm grip, this inflatable balance board wobbles during exercise to improve a user's core (midsection) strength, balance, and agility. It can be inflated to any level--the more pumped up, the more challenging it becomes.

great for quilters February 11, 2008 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I saw another quilter using a similar product that she bought at a quilt show for $40. I am always looking for products that will raise me up when sewing at a regular table top height. I have a firm cushion with a keyhole cutout but it is not high enough. I first bought one that was shaped like a fat coin with straight sides like the Harbinger Core Disc, not bulging like this one. I found that it gave me terrible shoulder pain for some unknown reason even though it gave me the proper height. Then I tried this one and I love the way it makes me feel. I just spent 3 days at a quilt retreat and every time I sat on my cushion, I felt my body relax in comfort. It is more than just functional. I wiggle back and forth on it and it loosens up the muscle knots in my back and shoulders from sewing.
Too Wobbly October 11, 2007 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
I bought this product because I could not find the one we used in a yoga class. Unfortunately, it feels like the rubber (plastic?) is too thin and plyable, making the foot bend at the toes rather than exercising the balancing talent of the ankle. When further inflated in an attempt to tighten the skin, it begins to shape like a ball and gets too rounded. I use it, but am looking for a replacement.
