The foam roller arrived quickly and I've been using it almost daily since. It's great for stretching my shoulders and back. I highly recommend this to anyone who works at a desk all day.

My personal trainer recommended this foam roller to stretch out my t-band after running. Traditional stretches where not working for me. Since purchasing this product I have been pain fee.

I love this product...I have used it myself and use it on many of my clients to help break up muscle tightness especially in the hamstring area and along the IT Band.
I highly recommend it.
Fitness Foam Roller July 2, 2008
The Fitness Foam Roller was exactly what I had hoped for. Using it on my upper legs to loosen tight muscles has allowed me to take longer and more challenging walks. This is a good product.
