I'm a personal trainer and I use these bands on all my clients regardless of their fitness level. The bands come in 5 different levels of resistance which makes it great while progressing. You can take them anywhere and you can do a good variety of exercises - for both upper and lower body. A great purchase.

Youth Track Team Tested October 10, 2007
I am the coach of a youth track team and these bands (if they don't disappear first) have last two seasons of 5th through 8th grade kid use. They are excellent quality.

Three of these broke. Granted the company sent me two replacements for nothing after the first one failed, but to no avail. My wife received something similar from SPRI (doctor's tubing) and it has lasted for a few years now.
