Thera Band bands are great October 9, 2008
I encountered bands during physical therapy for my shoulder. They gave me the green to start, I decided to have another so I could leave one in my desk at work, and have one at home. I bought the set so I could move up as I got stronger and recovered. Like these, easy to use, all you need is a place to attach them, and all you do is add a square knot to a door handle.

I use the bands for physical therapy. They have the right amount of resistance to strengthen my right arm. Anyone who wants to gain stength in their arm or legs, these bands work great.
