Product Description FitDeck is a deck of custom playing cards that contains "body-resistance" exercises (so no fitness equipment is needed). Each card has three fitness levels to accommodate different abilities (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Cards are held in a convenient neoprene carrying case that clips to your shorts making it easy to carry and draw cards while on the go. Shuffle the cards before every workout to get a random sampling of upper-body, middle-body, lower-body and full-body exercises. In addition to the exercise cards, FitDeck comes with several "Wild" cards, "Warm Up/Cool Down" cards and "Upper/Lower Body Stretching" cards. Never spend another minute trying to decide what kind of exercises or stretches to do FitDeck does the thinking for you. Just shuffle, draw, and do it. Spice up your workout with exercises such as chase the rabbits, bear crawl, superman, and the tripod. Use FitDeck to workout at home, on the road, at the gym, in your hotel room, on vacation anytime, anywhere. Improve your strength, muscle tone, flexibility, coordination and aerobic endurance.

They Work! April 5, 2008 I actually had a deck and lost it. I bought 2 more replacement decks. So, yes, these are worth the investment.
Awesome! November 1, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have been working out with weights for 27 years and I would say that I've seen better results with FitDeck than with anyone gym workout I've done so far. I noticed awesome definition, (combined workout with a good, but not protein obsessive diet), and a noticeable increase in muscle mass after using FitDeck for not long at all. I am a mother of 2 small kids and this is the only workout I manage to get in on a regular basis. It's portable, I even take it to the gym when I go, and it really, really works your whole body. As an over 30 woman, I was psyched to see muscle definition in my abs and legs, all from FitDeck; BUY IT.
A Good, flexible, and portable workout system. September 11, 2007 I really like this FitDeck system. You need to have nothing but the Deck and it can be done in the area of a small hotel room or corner of the gym. You can easily adjust your workout level and time, and the system mixes up your exercises. Very well designed and thought through for it's purpose. A fantastic product and a great value investment in you personal health.
Family fun August 27, 2007 We use this as a family workout. My two girls (6 & 10) and my wife all workout together. The kids do the beginner sets and I do the advanced. We love it! The exercise are easy enough for my 6 year old to do, yet hard enough to work up a sweat when done properly. We make a little game out of it and have fun working out. I reccomend them for solo workouts or for a fun family workout. Joe
Fitdeck Rocks June 4, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The fitdeck cards are awesome and a great workout for those who like being gymless or looking to add to their current workout. The exercises are explained very well and can be put in any order. I am ordering more for home, work and friends. The bodyweight training is the next big craze due to getting functional strength and strength endurance. These exercises have worked for the military for years so why not your average civilian. You can't go wrong with fitdeck. DMM
