Product Description
Made of natural rubber, exercise tubing is available in seven lengths of progessive resistance. Resistance levels, obtained by varying the thickness of the tubing, are color-coded in proprietary Thera-Band colors increasing in difficulty through seven levels from tan to silver. The color-coding system provides positive reinforcement and feedback for gauging results. In general, tan and yellow are used for early rehabilitation or very frail individuals. The most common resistances are red, green & blue. Black, silver and gold are typically used by athletes. Can be used for Pilates exercises!

Latex Tubing - Black - Heavy Duty - 25 ft. August 18, 2008
Great product to have in bulk. I used it as a big rubber band for a large, round, free standing pool cover. Works great with a heavy duty blue tarp. Sure beats the cheap, vinyl ones for almost twice the money and only last maybe a season.

This product is perfect for ergonomics @ work! I can do numerous exercises at my desk. Sold the extra to people in my office, we all use it! Great Product

Product works as advertised, just wish that there was a lb. rating on the pull of the band. This would make it easier for consumers to pick the right strength rating. I like the product and it works as advertised but its a little weak for my purposes.
