 GoFit belt is HORRIBLE September 26, 2008
Let me start out by saying that this product is horrible. It falls apart within 2 months (easily).
Best sweat-belt in the world was one made by Bollinger....but I can't find it anymore. I played a D1 sport while in college (2 practices every day), and that product lasted me 2 years, and is just now starting to tear. MY FIRST GOFIT COULDN'T EVEN LAST 1 MONTH OF TRAINING FOR A TRIATHLON BEFORE IT RIPPED/FABRIC SEPARATED. If you've ever had one of these, once the fabric is off the neoprene, you're done. I got a second one, as i thought I would give the company another chance (and I couldn't find a Bollinger), and it took 2 months to fall apart.
I would think the one that is velcro and is accompanied with a zipper would be best. I'm going to try the McDavid, as I hear they make great products. Good luck......with any other product but this one!

The product makes u sweat when you use it for a 1hr workout, i am 134 pounds, i have used it for a month and im still a long way from having a 6-pack... and summer is almost over :(

I have used several different brands of this item over the years and this one wore out in less than a month. Any other brand would be a better choice-don't waste you money on this one.

Serves its purpose but is a bit to thin. I use the waist trimmers for back support. The product does create sweat in the area which keeps your back warm but there are other producst that are somewhat thicker which gives greater back support. The product will not melt fat away without a healthy diet and exercise.

I guess this products ok. I hadn't used it much. But when i did it made me sweat alot around my waist area. It is really long though. it looks kinda bulky. May need to cut it if ur small.
