THIS SUIT IS GREAT IT HELPS WARM YOUR MUSCLES FASTER THEN THE SWEAT STARTS POURING OUT OF THE CUFFS WHEN YOUR DONE JUST HANG IT UP LET IT DRY AND GO AGAIN WHEN YOUR READY.

I purchased this suit and was very excited about its potential. I figured I would be safe using it while doing my walking dvd. The first time was great. I was very pleased with my purchase. The sweat poured off of me. Recommendation: drink plenty of water during exercise with suit on. The second time I went to put on, the pants ripped. The suit is very fragile and thin. Be very careful putting on and taking off suit.

I absolutely love this suit. The reason why most people complain that it tears is because they have no idea what they are doing. You are not supposed to wear the sauna suit by itself! Duh!! of course, it will tear if you do it like that. You can wear a light t-shirtand those bell shorts will make you lose more weight. and if you wana be really crazy, try the sauna belt. I have lost 11 pounds doing this!! (I eat right and exercise a little too!!) Has anybody ever thought that perhaps the plastic will stick to your body?? Obviously not! I have uysed my sauna Suit 5 times and no tears. Also, I have been doing the Sauna Suits for years and I had a suit that lasted me six months. You do have to wash it in soapy water after you workout so you wont stink. please do this for your health club neighbors. it is horrible to have to workout with funky people! Also, a little etiquette goes a long way. Another benefit of wearing a t shirt is your sweat is not dripping over a whole bunch of other people.

My fiance and I decided to try out this suit, so I bought one for each. It works great, I sweat like crazy in it and when I take it off the suit drips with my sweat.
The only negative is it easily rips. My fiance's pants ripped even though he was careful. Mine has not ripped yet (knock on wood).
Suggestions: Carefully turn it inside out when you take it off, and let it dry in the shower. You can also wear it inside out as well. Be careful when you sit. Also, you can wear some thin long pants and a thing long sleeve shirt if you don't like the suit sticking to you.
