I bought this bike a few weeks ago and at first it worked fine. Then it started to make a noise with every rotation, like something was loose.
Then while riding the bike the screen went blank and I had to start over.
This product is not made very well at all. I returned this to the store and then did some research. I then went to sears and brought a schwinn sr23 and it is like night and day. Spend a little more money and get a much better product. Do not buy the reebok.

I have had this bike one year, the petal broke first, then the clutch of the flyweel went out. They want 100$ to replace just the clutch. Not worth it never buy reebok again.

This item has major flaw in design. When we recieved this product the plates around the pedals where broken off. As I began to assemble it I realized that the crank didn't move. I took the protective covers off the look at the main mechanism, since this is a magnetic resistance machine there is a ring (the magnet) and then metal pads (like brake pads). these pads work by being moved closer or farther away depending on the resistance required. The piece that moves these pads is a plastic disc with 2 plastic arms the size of a fat tooth pick. One of these was broken. The rest of the bike is built very well but one of the most critical parts is plastic and flimsy.
Do Not buy this product.
