Stretch Strap September 29, 2008
Very helpful after knee surgery to help my range of motion. Easy to use. I like the different handles so it can be easier or harder depending on what you need.
Excellent product September 5, 2008
I have recently been given new stretching exercises as part of a physical therapy routine, and I was looking for a strap that would be similar to the one at the therapist. This strap appears identical to the one used by my therapist organization. It is sturdy, with the loops sewn in very well so one feels very confident applying any amount of force between any two loops during a stretch without any worry. Works much better than anything else I have seen as a stretching assist.

My PT recommended this product to me as part of knee rehab. I now use it for daily leg stretching. It's solid and can withstand a lot of stress.

The strap took a little getting used to and the rolled up poster would have been easier to use if it was folded instead, but overall this is a great product. The strap itself is simple and well constructed. The principle of flexing the muscle first before stretching wasn't new to me, but the strap was the first time i've been able to practice this technique without running all over the gym. Once you get the hang of the stretches it's an excellent way to get a really good and challenging stretch workout at home. Shipped super fast too.

My physical therapist recommended this product to me by name to work on a leg injury. I used it is his office, but at first I tried to rig up a homemade substitute to avoid an "unnecessary" purchase. Sounded simple--but nothing I could make myself worked as well as the real thing! And this is the best pricce and service available on the web!
