This bolster is substantial. It is sturdy, well-made, fully stuffed, and has a handle. Great yoga and relaxation tool.
Excellent deal from Amazon with the free shipping - weighs a bit, so on any other site it would cost a substantial amount to ship.

I have to start off saying that I'm a bit biased--I absolutely love hugger mugger bolsters. I think the support is phenomenal and the size is absolutely perfect for me to use in savassana poses where I need to protect and support my hips. It's a great, solid, heavy, firm bolster that is better quality than a lot of others out there.

I love it when you find a product that is multi-functional. I use this for my yoga practice, a back cushion on my sofa, a support for sitting up in bed. The product is firm with a comfortable give. I like it that the cover comes off to allow for easy cleaning. I have looked for a product like this for a long time, and have much research, I am actually very pleased with it. ai did bulk a little at the price, but it was worth it.
