Product Description SHIPPING INCLUDED "Built to hold hundreds of pounds without scratching!"This weight rack was built to last a lifetime. The rack is constructed of 2 1/2" tubing. Customer Reviews:
Fair product - terrible instructions August 28, 2008 I recently purchased the squat rack, lat machine, bench press, and the weight rack. The product construction is not the best but also not the worst. The plastic sleeves they rave about create unnecessary friction - which makes their products feel cheap and cumbersome. However, the most frustrating aspect of their equipment is the instructions. I work in the technical field and I would be fired for writing such inadequate and inaccurate user instructions. They have a total disregard for the customers that must rely on the included instructions to assemble the equipment. There are no step by step instructions - just a rough schematic that is both confusing and inaccurate. The parts are not even labeled. This necessitates trial and error before getting the product assembled. I would just say to forget the instructions and just go it on your own; however, since there is an inherent danger with improperly assembling this equipment, I suggest purchasing similar equipment from another manufacturer - one that has more regard for their customer. I mean, how much would it cost the company to hire someone with the capacity to write competent instructions?
