I bought this set about 2 months ago and will never regret the decision. The weights allow maximum range of motion considering they are adjustable weights and haven't created any problems during any type of exercise. The only fault I have found isn't really a fault, it more of a preference. I've been use to rubberized weights and having a spotter so when pushing out the end of the final set, a person can go to muscle failure because the spotter will protect you and the weights can be dropped for a reasonable height. i wouldn't recommend doing this with these weight even though I haven't tried it. This is because one slightly high drop might bend the weight and I wouldn't want this to happen but regardless of this, I have definitely have seen great results from using this set and haven't had a single issue yet. I would completely recommend this to anyone who enjoys working out regularly. Seriously even the HULK endorses power blocks ...
