Product Description As Phoenix's premiere compact treadmill the MT007 treadmill operates on a 2.5 HP peak output motor with a speed range of 0.5 to 7 MPH. The narrow belt and Easy Up folding system make for a very compact and space saving design. As with all our treadmills, the MT007 uses a patented safety key system and shock absorbing deck design to cushion the impact on your joints.

Was great for me until March 17, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Yes it is a bit heavy to move - but I moved it infrequently. Worked great until the wiring came loose and got caught in the folding mechism cut through wire and circutry will cost more than its value to fix.
Don't buy it! December 8, 2007 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I purchased this item for my parents who are getting old. Wanted to provide them with an easy to use and store treadmill. It was mostly made of plastic, but difficult to pick up and fold. I looked at other treadmills in stores that were much heavier, durable, but yet easier to lift and fold than this one made of plastic. Worse, after using it for about 5 minutes it stopped working.

{New Review} I wish I would have saved my money. After using it for a while there are weird noises that are now starting to grate on my nerves to the point I don't even want to use it. There is a strange clicking sound that gets louder as you use it and it's maddening to say the least. I looked through the manual for tech support which does not exist so you're on your own. I even took the two panels apart last night since the noise was making it hard to hear the TV and STILL could not find where the clicking sound is coming from. After spending this kind of money on a crappy treadmill that rocks when you're on it because it's made of cheap plastic I may need to plunk down $1,000+ for a decent treadmill with an actual warranty and tech support. Don't buy..
{Original Review}
I bought this treadmill after looking high and low for a space saving, compact, motorized treadmill. After much thought I decided to give it a go and I'm glad that I did. Shipping was super fast, and the treadmill was packed very well. It came pretty much fully assembled so all that you had to do really is screw in your handle bars and some little covers and you're pretty much done. I was able to get a good brisk walk at 4 mph and the tread stayed where it should. Since I gave away my huge Proform treadmill because I moved and it was too big and became a space issue or me, I wanted to keep up my workouts but have someone small enough that a "girl" could store away without any problems. It fold completely flat, seriously a great feature because most treadmills have the arms that extend out and cannot be moved so this was a plus for me.
For the price, it's a super value and it works great. Did I mention it's quiet? :-)
