Each innovative Versa-Bell II dumbbell is outfitted with a single 5-pound handle connected to a dial mechanism. As you move the dial, the handle latches on to a different combination of steel weight plates, with a window display showing which weight setting you've chosen. Dial it down to 10 pounds and you'll lift only a single set of plates, but dial it up to 25 pounds and you'll get the whole combination.
