Product Description Padded Lifting Straps (Pair)
Amazon.com Product Description Boost your lifting performance without sacrificing comfort with this pair of neoprene padded lifting straps. Measuring 21 inches long and 1.5 inches wide, each strap offers 5 mm of foam padding to protect your hands during lifting. As a result, your hands won't develop nasty calluses as you perform pull-ups, seated rows, and other upper body exercises. Even better, the straps wrap tightly around the bar to increase traction and maximize gripping strength, helping you lift more weight than ever before. A must for lifters trying to develop strength or add bulk, the 1.5-inch wide straps offer 20 percent more gripping area than typical straps.

They get the job done. September 2, 2010 Murphy These straps work just as I wanted them to. They help reinforce my grip on my pull exercises. Amazon of course did a good job of getting my order to me quickly.
Good price, good product August 13, 2010 Meekster (Ohio) For what you pay, this product works perfectly. I lift heavy, and have had no problems with these. They don't slip, they haven't torn or frayed, and have lasted through countless workouts. For those wanting ultimate comfort when doing deadlifts or pullups or any lifts requiring straps, then expect to pay triple or more and get professional straps with more padding. Otherwise, be happy you have good straps for around 7 bucks.
Dominant July 3, 2010 TB I absolutely love this product. I've used a similar version of this strap, but it did not have the neoprene pads sewn on. Which that one worked well too, but this one was much more comfortable. And this is also coming from someone who has only used them for a month now. But they do what say they're going too. Ultimately, I 100% recommend them.
Get the Altus Athletic Cotton Lifting Straps instead June 2, 2010 Brian Menke (San Jose, CA USA) The other reviews are right. These are a killer on your wrists. I recommend the Altus Athletic Cotton Lifting Straps instead (I got those from Amazon after trying these). They are much more comfortable and I have not had any issues with them yet. I primarily use them for heavy deadlifts.
Far Too Stiff April 30, 2010 James Richard C. (Charleston, SC) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I found these straps to be almost unusable -- the material is so stiff that it's very difficult to wrap them around barbells/dumbbells, and once you manage to get them on they cut into your skin, making them extremely uncomfortable. I've gone back to 'regular' straps.
