i bought this medicine ball a couple years ago and it was served me well. the one thing is that i would not recommend using it outside. the rubber gets worn down really fast and the grip becomes nonexistent after a short time using it outside. i've since bought another nike medicine ball which has been more durable and lasted longer than this one did.
