This ball is fantastic for such a simple thing: its firm bounce does wonders for lower-back strength and posture if used as a chair at home or work.
It's great for various exercises, especially push-ups: It focuses the exertion on your biceps and triceps, not your hand and wrist joints so it's a better workout.
Also, Natural Fitness is very progressive and green-minded company. They plant a tree for every ball they sell. Most importantly, the ball is non-toxic. Many similar exercise balls are made with harmful PVC (the stuff that's come in shower curtains).
Also comes in a really cool color and the micro-textured doesn't pick up dirt the way many such fitness balls do. Comes with foot pump and is puncture-resistant. Highly recommended.

I've been using this ball as a computer chair since it arrived a few days ago. Really feeling it from my abs down to the tips of my toes.
Two not so great things about the ball are (1) the material it's made of bonds to paint if it touches a painted surface for a few hours and (2) it is extremely difficult to remove the air plug when you need/want to adjust the air pressure. The latter especially is a design flaw I hope the company addresses.

This is a great investment if you are looking into working your core muscles. Using the exercises listed here ([...]) in conjunction with plenty of cardio training and cutting down on fast foods & fatty foods, you get great results fast!

I ordered the black 75cm Exercise Ball over 1 month ago. They delivered a white ball. I sent it back at my expense. I am still hopeful of receiving my replacement black ball, which I ordered in the first place, but have not yet received the ball or any communication from the vendor.
