Product Description You can walk on air to a slimmer, sexier you. One of the simplest - yet most effective - exercises you can do is to just go for a walk. Walking gets your entire body moving, your heart and blood pumping, and it's a great way also to boost your cardiovascular system too.Although walking is an easy and beneficial exercise that you can do - it does have its limits. Unlike other workouts or exercise machines, you can't really increase the intensity or resistance of a brisk walk. As well, walking on a flat surface also has limited benefits and effectiveness too. Eventually, your legs, muscles and body will adapt to the same, repetitive movement. If you love to walk and love how walking makes you feel, but are also seeking to experience a challenging and rewarding walking exercise, then the Air Climber is the fitness machine that you're looking for!The Air Climber is the revolutionary workout machine that uses natural air-power to create an intense and effective exercise routine that'll change and sculpt your body like never before! How it works. The Air Climber uses patented air power technology that creates resistance with every step that you take. Simply pump the bellows of the Air Climber that are located underneath each of the foot pedals. When you step and walk on the Air Climber, air moves between one bellow to the other, therefore creating resistance that your whole body will benefit from. And because the Air Climber uses the power of air, that minimizes the impact and jarring that conventional workout machines would create for your joints and muscles. What that means is that you'll be able to use your Air Climber for a longer period of time, and not feel tired, sore and in pain afterwards. What you get : Air Climber, Personal Training Computer, Exercise Guide DVD, Meal Plan, Body Cords, Jump Start 10 Day Diet, Burn & Firm Workout.

HATE IT!!! September 4, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I absolutely hated this stepper. It is way overpriced for it feeling so cheap, and even on the highest intensity level, I barely broke a sweat even after 25 minutes on it. It also make a swooshing noise that is extremely obnoxious. Imagine the sound when you blow up a raft, only louder, every time you step! SWOOSH, SWOOSH...SWOOSH, SWOOSH...it will drive you crazy. If you are even in remotely good shape, this will not give you the workout you are looking for. I have tried to give it to my Mom, my sister-in-law and a friend, and every one of them has given it back! I seriously can't get rid of it, that is how bad it is! There are so many other steppers on Amazon that work better and are less expensive.
not worth it, save your money August 25, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this product over the tv. when it arrived i was discouraged, It was plastic. I used it for about 3 months and I started to notice that I had to inflate the bellows more then once.weird.I then noticed it had a large crack in the bellows next to the base.it wont stay inflated .i cant use it anymore TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY Don't get sucked in like i did.

Teeter Hang Ups EZ Up Inversion Rack
Don't throw your money away!
Cheaply constructed July 10, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I purchased this item thinking it would be something easy and fun to do. When I received it - it was inflated (the infomercial said it would not be) so I read the instructions, inflated hit the button to inflate as it recommended. I got on to see how easy it would be to use and it would not hold the air - it kept going flat. So I got off and hit the button following the directions, re-reading them and tried again - same results, it went flat. So then I thought 'well, it wasn't flat when I received it, so I tried to close it up like the manual said and it wouldn't stay closed - it did not. There is no toll free number or email for the manufacturer for me to call - so I guess I have to pay the long distance charges to complain.
Pros: small, portable Cons: Doesn't stay inflated (so it defeats the whole purpose), cheaply constructed (all plastic), price for what you get
Amazing value for the price!! Highly recommended!! July 5, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I am a yoga instructor & was looking to add in some variety to my workouts, especially cardio. I saw the infomercial on HSN and purchased this Air Climber despite feeling some trepidation - would this thing really work? Had I just wasted over a hundred dollars? Boy, can I assure you - my fears were completely put to rest once I popped in the workout DVD and got started!! This is absolutely amazing value for the money. First, Brenda Dygraf is an excellent trainer - she knows what she's doing and she's able to teach it to you effectively. That's a pretty rare combination in my experience. Second, you will get 2 DVD's with 6 workouts -- 3 using the Air Climber and 3 just floorwork (the Cardio Pump requires light hand-weights). There is something for everyone on these DVD's -- some are easier and anything with the word "Pump" in the title will have even the most advanced exerciser sweating up buckets & gasping for breath!! And her Ab routine on the floor is the most effective i've found yet -- I do abs everyday and rarely feel sore, but after doing this puppy it hurt to laugh the next day. A word of advice: you may not feel much with the Air Climber if you don't use the Body Cord & follow the techniques in the videos. You really have to work it - it's not going to do the work for you like an elliptical machine does.
