Lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks August 20, 2010 Stringbandmama I got this machine with reservations based on the reviews. But it was a great choice. So far I have not noticed any squeaking. The resistance bands are great and provide ample resistance for me at 5'5". The work out DVD is fun and challenging which I love. This machine has done what gyms, and countless work out DVDs haven't been able to do, and that is making exercising something I want to do. So far I have lost 10lbs in three weeks just from doing this exercise DVD daily. I love this machine and highly recommend it. It is small enough to fit under your bed if you bottom out both steps and remove the electronic step counter every time which is no big deal for easy storage and access. If you are thinking about getting this machine you should. It is a great little thing.
Great little machine! August 1, 2010 Melodie (New Jersey) This is a great machine for the money. You will have a great workout. I needed to build up my time on the machine due to existing medical issues, but this a great also for cardio and there are resistance bands for upper body. It is small and I can just stow it away for the next work out. Highly recommend.
Nice Workout! April 2, 2010 Adrien Strano (Pittsburgh, PA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Nice little machine gives a decent workout. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't have much room for a larger piece of equipment and the price is right.
little machine, big workout April 1, 2010 Sandra Dee (San Francisco, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is very easy to use. Definitely gets your heart rate going, and the dvd keeps you from getting bored. Compact. Very happy with it.
You Will Feel The Burn. March 22, 2010 Luvs 2 Read (TN, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
It could be due to the fact that the product is new or maybe the tension on this stepper is supposed to be this high. Whatever the reason, I get a thorough workout with this machine, arms. legs, cheeks :), cardio, the works. I purchased this stepper for the purpose of losing weight and toning specific areas, I personally feel that I will obtain my desired end results with this little machine. Some reviews have mentioned a squeaking sound. I have not had to suffer with that problem but I did have to endure a kind of oily/lubricant burning smell that lingered after an extended workout. It was not terrible but my bedroom did smell like a chop shop for a while after use.
Overall. great stepper, satisfied customer.
