 Harder than the gym stepper March 12, 2010

I like to work out but this one is tough on me. I agree it will take me working out for just 5 minutes, than a little more until I am used to this. It is a hard work out. It has made me appreciate the gym machine more. I really should store it under the bed.

the product is smaller than it looks on the picture.
i'm over 220 pounds and this stepper is heavy enough to do with my weight.
pb; not quiet and dont think it will last to long.
good product for an occasionaly training

I like this product but it is of a cheaper form. When I got it and opened the box, the wheel on it fell out in 6 pieces and one of the bases was bent and very hard to get the cap on it. But it works good.

The product arrived well-packed, but minus any assembly or use instructions. While there was fairly minimal assembly required, I would like to know how to use the monitor. The price is very good, and the stepper seems solid and what I wanted. However, instructions would be nice!
