three times per week. It is often suggested that 20 minutes to 30
minutes of moderate aerobics activity should be undertaken. Aerobics
fades swiftly if you do not maintain your regimen, so it is very
important to exercise on a regular basis. Research has found that
people who own dogs are far more likely to get the required amount of
aerobic exercise every week, as are people who have a fitness machine
such as a vibration machine or a cross training machine.
