I purchased the slendertone shorts and waist belt. They are both excellent products and just after using them a few days I can tell a difference in my waist, abdomen, thighs. I would purchase them again knowing how they work so well. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to firm up. I am a 56 year old woman and can use all the help I can get in this area.
