Most importantly, the lat machine works your upper back, lower back, triceps, and more, helping you develop an effective full-body workout. High Quality April 25, 2008
This Lat machine is very well put together. The best thing about it is that not only is it a lat machine but it has a High and Low pulley. This enables you to do numerous other exercises. My only complaint is the absence of a weight stack that some other manufacturers provide as an option.
